Wholesale Parts Specialists has a separate module for Outside Sales Rep Training. This two -week course is separate from the assessment and process improvement initiative. The first week is classroom training that includes sales training, a review of dealer policies and procedures, exposure to all the tools on the CPWD website and more. We cap off week two with training in the field and visiting your customers! And remember, our consulting has been preapproved as an eligible Parts Rewards Business Growth Fund expense!
