Tim is a retired Wholesale Parts Sales Manager with Ford Motor Company. He spent the last 16 years of his career as a Wholesale Sales Manager in the Southeast Market Area, where he provided marketing support for Certified Parts Wholesaling Dealers in the Atlanta, Charlotte, and Orlando Regions. Our services have been pre-approved as an eligible expense under the Parts Rewards Business Growth Funds Program under Business / Marketing Plans / Sales!

Wholesale Parts Specialists is a wholesale parts marketing business that consults with Ford Parts Wholesaling dealers to assist with process improvements in all areas of their wholesale parts sales operations. It begins with a comprehensive three-to-five-day assessment of your entire wholesale parts sales operation.

We will work with you and your team to develop an effective business plan that will help you generate more revenue, increase brand loyalty, and improve customer satisfaction. We will conduct an initial meeting with Dealer and Parts Management to develop a road plan. We are also able to concentrate on individual modules (OSR Training, Hot Shot Delivery Set Up, Promotion creation, etc.) if you are already a well-established CPWD. All Wholesale Parts Sales Specialists expenses are a pre-approved service that is eligible for reimbursement under the Parts Rewards Business Growth Expense program.

The OSR Training Module begins with sales training and includes a thorough review of dealers policies and procedures, Sales Call Reports, prospecting, utilization of all CPWD program tools and concludes with a week of field training. We will visit Independent Repair Facilities, Fleets, and Body Shops to implement the tools your OSR will learn. Wholesale Parts Specialists has a separate module for Outside Sales Rep Training. This two -week course is separate from the assessment and process improvement initiative. The first week is classroom training that includes sales training, a review of dealer policies and procedures, exposure to all the tools on the CPWD website and more. We cap off week two with training in the field and visiting your customers! And remember, our consulting has been preapproved as an eligible Parts Rewards Business Growth Fund expense!
